Today Yu Group met with the professional team involved behind the scheme Wellington Plaza and Park One Residence.
Sam Thistlethwaite from Wardell Armstrong and Matthew Ayres from Simpson Haugh were there to present and for Yu Group to confirm the final touches of the scheme.
